We do not create the product itself, we just engrave the name or saying. Manufacturer instructions should be followed for instructions for use and care. Per the manufacturer's instructions:
Use:
- Before first use, clean the product and then place it in boiling water for 5 minutes to ensure hygiene.
- Suitable for microwave or oven.
- Pay attention when using the product for strong coloured food and liquids as these might cause staining as a results of natural food colourants.
- Do not use products with sharp points or edges on this product e.g., knives. This will damage the product over time.
Cleaning and Storage:
- Can be washed by hand and in dishwasher. Wash after every use. Hand wash with hot soapy water and rinse off excess soap. Dry product thoroughly with a dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or abrasive cleaning agents
- Store in dry location away from sharp objects, sunlight and not close to heat sources. This may damage the product over time.
- Children's supervision is always recommended.

We have many items that are ready to be shipped as indicated in the individual item page. Personalized orders take more time but we do offer a Rushed order which will move you to the front of the line. Please contact us directly for additional information on how fast we can ship out your order.

We try to prepare all orders as fast as possible and processing time will vary based on the volume and time of year. Since each item is personally made, we generally have at least a 5-7 business day processing time which may be increased during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). We will do our best to update the current processing times for items on the homepage. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate but this CANNOT be guaranteed. When available, we do offer a RUSH MY ORDER option as an add on to your purchase to move you to the front of the line - please see our add on section in our shop!
