• Made with acacia wood and white marble
• Includes bumpers to prevent scratches
• These coasters are made from all natural materials - no two pieces are identical.  We do not guarantee your order will look exactly the same in wood color and grain.  Please specifiy in your notes if you would like similar wood.

**Due to marble's natural porosity, dark liquids can stain, wipe spills immediately. Wipe clean with damp cloth

Returns or Exchanges

 

We want you to love your order as much as possible. Due to the nature and personalization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Rush Order

 

We have many items that are ready to be shipped as indicated in the individual item page. Personalized orders take more time but we do offer a Rushed order which will move you to the front of the line. Please contact us directly for additional information on how fast we can ship out your order.

We try to prepare all orders as fast as possible and processing time will vary based on the volume and time of year. Since each item is personally made, we generally have at least a 7-10 business day processing time which may be increased during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). We will do our best to update the current processing times for items on the homepage. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate but this CANNOT be guaranteed. When available, we do offer a RUSH MY ORDER option as an add on to your purchase to move you to the front of the line - please see our add on section in our shop! Also be sure to check out our ready to ship items! When items are marked as Ready to Ship, that does not include any customization. If adding customization, please allow additional processing time.
