If providing a company logo or your own design, AI/EPS files are highly recommended. We also accept Canva files or high-quality PNG files (black is preferred).
**Our Tumblers are engraved, not vinyl or wrapped and are made to last with proper care. We highly recommend that they are hand washed only. Please know that when these cups are engraved, the warranty with the manufacturer will most likely be voided.
As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur. We do not offer refunds but if you need assistance or any issue arises, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you!

We have many items that are ready to be shipped as indicated in the individual item page. Personalized orders take more time but we do offer a Rushed order which will move you to the front of the line. Please contact us directly for additional information on how fast we can ship out your order.
PROCESSING TIME
CUP AVAILABILITY CHANGES DAILY. UNLESS WE HAVE THE TUMBLER IN STOCK, WE ORDER AS YOU ORDER. PLEASE MESSAGE US TO CONFIRM EXACT TIMING AND IN STOCK STANLEY'S IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE.
We try to prepare all orders as fast as possible and processing time will vary based on the volume and time of year. Since each item is personally made, we generally have at least a 10-14 business day processing time which may be increased during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). We will do our best to update the current processing times for items on the homepage. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate but this CANNOT be guaranteed. When available, we do offer a RUSH MY ORDER option as an add on to your purchase to move you to the front of the line - please see our add on section in our shop! Also be sure to check out our ready to ship items! When items are marked as Ready to Ship, that does not include any customization. If adding customization, please allow additional processing time.
