Colors: We offer a wide variety of colors. Availability will be checked immediately upon your order. If there is a delay or issue with your cup availability, we will contact you ASAP. Designs - If you have an idea, we will do our best to bring it to life! Your cup will be priced based on the complexity of your design. Generally, the buckets are:

If providing a company logo or your own design, AI/EPS files are highly recommended. We also accept Canva files or high-quality PNG files (black is preferred).
**Our Tumblers are engraved, not vinyl or wrapped and are made to last with proper care. We highly recommend that they are hand washed only. Please know that when these cups are engraved, the warranty with the manufacturer will most likely be voided.
As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur. We do not offer refunds but if you need assistance or any issue arises, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you!

We try to prepare all orders as fast as possible and processing time will vary based on the volume and time of year. Since each item is personally made, we generally have at least a 7-10 business day processing time which may be increased during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). We will do our best to update the current processing times for items on the homepage. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate but this CANNOT be guaranteed.
